About the Foundation

The South Australian Aviation Museum (SAAM) Foundation is a registered charity (or charitable trust) that raises vital funds to support the SA Aviation Museum's long term viability and significant projects by building an investment provision that will safeguard its future for generations to come.


Vision and Mission

The Foundation's vision is to be the dedicated SAAM partner that strategically supports SAAM and inspires and engages its donors and supporters.

Its mission is to inspire donors and benefactors to connect with SAAM's aviation heritage and contribute to the future development and sustainability of SAAM.

The Foundation will operate with the following values:

SAAM Foundation ensures that all donations are directed to the purpose(s) for which they are intended. Untied donations and bequests are invested in the Foundation’s investment fund to help secure the Museum’s long-term financial stability.

SAAM Foundation Public Ancillary Fund (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX) is endorsed as a deductible gift recipient under Subdivision 30-BA of the income tax assessment act 1997, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.
